How to Update Your Payment Method for Your GeoBlue Xplorer or Navigator Policy

Keeping your payment method current helps ensure uninterrupted coverage with your GeoBlue Xplorer or Navigator plan. Follow the steps below to update your credit or debit card information through the Member Hub or mobile app.

When to Update Your Payment Method

You should update your payment details if:

  • Your credit or debit card has expired or been replaced
  • You’ve changed your billing address
  • You’re preparing for an upcoming renewal

Steps to Update Your Payment Information

  • Log in to the Member Hub
    Go to www.geo-blue.com and log in. If you haven’t registered, create an account using your policy number.
  • Access Billing or Payment Information
    Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard's Billing or Payment Info section.
  • Enter New Payment Details
    Update your card number, expiration date, security code (CVV), and billing address.
  • Save Your Changes
    Click Save or Update to confirm your new payment method.
