How do I renew my GeoBlue Xplorer or Navigator health insurance policy?

Renewing your GeoBlue Xplorer or Navigator plan is a simple, self-service process that must be completed before your current policy expires. This article outlines the steps to renew and what to expect.

GeoBlue Xplorer and Navigator policies do not renew automatically. To maintain uninterrupted international health coverage, you will need to complete the renewal process once you've been notified of your updated rate. Here's what to expect and how to renew:

When You’ll Be Notified

GeoBlue will email you about 60 days before your policy expires. This message includes your new premium and instructions for renewing online. Make sure your email address is current in your Member Hub account.

Steps to Renew Your Policy

  1. Log in to the GeoBlue Member Hub
Go to www.geo-blue.com and sign in. If you haven’t registered, create an account using your policy details.
  2. Review your plan
    • Check your updated premium
    • Review policy information
    • Update contact and payment details if necessary
  3. Click “RENEW POLICY”
This option becomes available once your renewal is ready.
  4. Accept your new rate
You must confirm your renewal online or in writing. No medical questions are asked, and your health history does not affect your premium.
  5. Confirmation
After renewing, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and your coverage will continue without interruption.
